Professional Friendly Service
The RelaisFalisco 4 star hotel in the centre of CivitaCastellana prides itself on the high level of professional friendly service it offers to guests. Our highly trained multi-lingual staff are on hand 24hrs per day on reception and keen to assist you in any way they can. This includes providing information on the surrounding area and activities, making bookings for restaurants, taxis or events or simply arranging some of our other hotel services. Check in is available from 2pm and check out occurs before noon.
Other services operated by our friendly reception staff include fax / photocopying services, luggage storage, arranging an airport shuttle (surcharge applies), and arranging extra beds when needed. On a much higher level, we also offer more advanced hotel services such as conferencing facilities for meetings, presentations, conferences and workshops that can use one of our 3 meeting rooms depending on the size of group. Each of our meeting rooms are equipped with the latest audio visual equipment and offer a comfortable yet professional environment. After a hard days work, guests can also relax in our fitness centre that enjoys a gym, a Jacuzzi and even a sauna. In the evening guests can then further relax at our hotel bar, or by eating a sumptuous dinner in our hotel restaurant that serves excellent traditional dishes and fine wines.
